One of the most extended jobs in Iniesta and its nearby towns is growing mushrooms. Mushrooms of Iniesta are exported to all europe and the Erasmus+ partners liked to know more about the process of preparing the caves, growing and recollecting them. The local museum (the archaeological museum) was the next place to know more about Iniesta and its culture. We want to thank to Javier, the local museum guide, for his explanations that delighted to the students (even to spanish ones).
